千里達La Reunion 黑朱古力

來自千里達La Reunion Estate的可可豆，用上中度烘焙，取其平衡，帶有朱古力棉花糖和熱情果的味道，並榮獲2019年世界朱古力大賽亞太區賽銀獎。

La Reunion Estate is located in Centeno of Central Trinidad & Tobago and was established in 1940s by the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries of the local  government. This excellent quality cacao has assisted Gamma Craft Chocolate in winning the Silver Awards in the International Chocolate Awards Asia-Pacific 2019.
